Return & Refund Policy

At MESTRE Trapeze, every product is made especially for you — printed on demand when you place your order. Because each item is custom produced, we do not maintain stock or process traditional returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will make it right if there’s a problem with your order.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

 

We’ll review the case and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

2. Wrong or Lost Shipments

If you received the wrong item or your package never arrived, please reach out within 7 days so we can investigate with our production partner and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

 

3. Exchanges

Since all merchandise is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for size, color, or style.
Please review the size guides and product details carefully before purchasing.

 

4. Returns

We do not accept returns for custom-made items unless there is a printing or manufacturing defect. Unauthorized returns sent back to our fulfillment center will not be accepted.

 

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
